POLICIES

At One Girl Salon, I want to make sure everyone feels at home in my friendly Private Hair Studio. That’s why I set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through my door has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

Arriving On Time

 During the Pandemic please arrive at the time your appointment is scheduled. Example: If your appointment is at 10 am please arrive at 10 am not earlier. It may happen that you're late due to unforeseen circumstances, I understand. However, if you're more than 15 mins late, I'll need to reschedule your appointment to a later date.

Cancellations 

Important notice: During the pandemic please cancel your appointment if you are feeling sick and refer to Ottawa Public Health page for further recommendations.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any other reason, please give me as much advance notice if possible. This gives me a chance to fill the spot you were booked in.

 I have a 1 week return or exchange policy on products.

Services

If you're unsatisfied with your hair. Please know you can come back and I will make the adjustments needed.  How to go about getting your hair adjusted. Please reach out within the first week after your initial appointment, we will discuss what needs to be done and book appointment.

Hot Tools

There are no returns or exchanges on Hot Tools

ie: Steampod 3.0, Blow-dryers or Curling irons.

Please refer to the manufacturer warranty.
